    This course is designed to provide students with complete understanding of web technology. It covers all the major topics including web structure, communications on the web, Web 2.0, security on the web, static and dynamic web pages. At the end of the course students participate in a course project developing solid hands-on experience in web technologies.

    The unit will be taught through a series of lectures and practical sessions in 50/50 proportion. The textbook will be supplemented by other readings and appropriate current material from the Internet.
